This year our work for DPIS Builder Services was recognized as “Houston’s Best” at the 2020 Annual PRISM Awards, taking home Website of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year and Video Promo of the Year Finalist.
The results from these efforts continue to grow almost as fast as DPIS, who is now serving 17 markets across the U.S. – with the help of our marketing campaign strategy “Division President is Smiling.” This campaign highlighted a very unique value proposition focused on serving builders, and in the process helping builders become more profitable.

The idea came together in a brainstorm meeting – DPIS’s exceptional growth was largely driven by making builder Division Presidents happy. Not only did this message resonate across the conference room, it also found it’s place in the DPIS mission. This would be the new brand identity. For decades, DPIS stood for Dale Phillips Inspection Services, but today they stand for Division President is Smiling.
DPIS is just one example example of how we’ve helped brands achieve success in 2020. In another great achievement, our client Sneller Custom Homes & Remodeling also took home the prestigious Grand Award at the 2020 PRISM Awards, honoring the industry’s finest in remodeling.
