1. Getting Started

Registering for the Portal

To get started, you'll need to register for an account. Visit the registration page and fill in your details, including your email address and a secure password. Make sure to agree to the terms and conditions before submitting your registration.

2. Email Verification

Verifying Your Email Address

After registering, you'll receive an email to verify your address. Open the email and click on the "Verify email address" button to complete the process.

Steps to File a Support Ticket

To file a support ticket, click on the "File a Support Ticket" button on the dashboard. Fill in the required details, such as your email, the type of issue, project title, and a detailed description of your request. Attach any relevant files if needed, and then click "Submit."

7. Viewing and Responding to Tickets

Viewing All Tickets

To view all your tickets, click on the "Dashboard" link. This will display a list of all your submitted tickets along with their statuses.

Responding to a Ticket

Click on a ticket from the list to view its details and respond. You can add comments and attach files if necessary. Once you're done, click "Send" to submit your response.
