There is not currently a way to remove negative reviews from Google, Yelp, or other major review platforms unless they violate policy or are spam. If the review is found to be valid, you should have the integrity to never remove them.
While you can’t and shouldn’t remove valid bad reviews, you can manage them. We suggest that you respond in a timely manner to acknowledge the bad review and then ask for their contact info to discuss their experience privately. Listen to them, apologize for their experience, and provide some sort of resolution.
If possible, have the newly satisfied customer update their negative review to highlight their new experience. And always work to obtain as many positive reviews as you can.
